Steps to Become an AAPSCM Affiliate Partner
Follow these easy steps to become an official AAPSCM® Affiliate Partner
Initial Consultation
You will be scheduled for a virtual or phone consultation with an AAPSCM representative to assess your alignment with our partnership values and discuss areas of collaboration.
Submit Required Documentation
Provide necessary documentation, including:
- Business/organization registration certificate
- Organizational profile or brochure
- Credentials or track record of relevant training or outreach programs
- Contact information of authorized representative
Pay the Affiliate Partner Fee
A one-time Affiliate Partner Fee of $5,000 USD is required to initiate your official registration and secure partnership privileges.
Review and Approval
Our Board of Directors and Accreditation Review Committee will evaluate your application and provide feedback within 5–10 business days.
Sign the Affiliate Partnership Agreement
Upon approval and payment, you will receive the official AAPSCM® Affiliate Partner Agreement to sign, outlining rights, obligations, and mutual expectations.
Receive Your Certificate and Digital Badge
Once the agreement is signed, you will be issued a Certificate of Partnership, a digital affiliate badge, and access to our partner portal.
Start Delivering AAPSCM Programs
Begin promoting and offering AAPSCM certifications, conferences, and training tracks under our guidance and support.

To maintain quality standards, partner recognition, and access to resources, an annual renewableAffiliate Partner Fee of $5,000 is required. This fee includes:
- Certification and use of the AAPSCM Affiliate identity
- Access to instructor-ready materials and digital training content
- One virtual onboarding training session
- Access to a dedicated AAPSCM liaison officer
- License to promote and deliver approved AAPSCM certifications
